Trout Unlimited Midwest Regional Rendezvous

The 2026 Regional Rendezvous has come and gone and all agree is was a successful weekend. It was great to see folks from all chapters all over the state as well as our friends from the National TU offices.

The weekend began with opportunities to fish local waters on Friday and Friday evening we had a screening of the latest International Fly Fishing Film Festival (IF4). Saturday was a full day of work session in the RAM Center and dinner Saturday night brought us TU President Chris Wood and the National Leadership Team. Sunday morning was all about state and regional policies and the afternoon provided opportunities for some hands on conservation work.

All in all it was a great weekend for TU members and we’re already looking forward to the next one! In the meantime stay tuned here as we have some of our own conservation work to do starting very soon. The recent flooding has left many blockages in the river that need our attention.
